KTM Canada will compete with two racing programs in 2025, with the KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team READY TO RACE in the Canadian Triple Crown Series, and a new-look KTM Canada Race Team introduced for the FMSQ Cross-Country National Championship this season.
After an exceptional 2024, which saw KTM capture both the 450 Pro Class and 250 Pro Class motocross championships, the KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team is set to field 17-year-old Dylan Rempel, who will represent the brand in the 250 Pro Class onboard a KTM 250 SX-F FACTORY EDITION.

The Triple Crown Series will drop the gates this Sunday, June 1, at Wild Rose MX in Calgary, AB, in the first of eight rounds to be staged. Rempel displayed significant promise last season and is motivated to further advance his career as part of the KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team in 2025.

Additionally, reigning 250 Pro Class Champion Kaven Benoit will shift into a semi-retired, advisory role as part of the KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team, participating in select events himself while overseeing the amateur program as an official KTM ambassador.

Dylan Rempel, KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team Rider: “I’ve been having a blast this off-season with the new bike and team. I’m ready to kick-off the 2025 season!”

Kaven Benoit, KTM Canada Ambassador: “2025 will be a transition year. I’m loving my new role as a KTM ambassador – working with Dylan and the other KTM riders has been a blast. I'll still be lining up at many races on various SX-F models, so I will see you at the track!”

The KTM Canada Race Team enters the FMSQ Cross-Country series led by defending champion Alex Gougeon, who will be aiming for his fifth-consecutive title in the series onboard KTM 250 XC-F machinery this year.

Joining Gougeon is series veteran Phil Chainé, who has ambitions set on climbing to the top step of the podium this year riding his KTM 250 XC-F. Gougeon placed second on the podium at the Sand Trap season-opener last weekend, with Chainé finishing fifth.

Alex Gougeon, KTM Canada Race Team Rider: “New team, same mission – to keep the number one plate on my bike. We’re ready to dominate the 2025 season.”

Phil Chainé, KTM Canada Race Team Rider: “I’m thrilled to be back on my 250 XC-F this year at the FMSQ, alongside my new teammate Alex. Let's get this machine to the top of the podium!”

Both teams are ready and prepared to pursue titles in 2025, with returning team manager Mathieu Deroy expressing excitement for the season ahead, with both the decorated motocross team and the inception of the offroad program set to bolster KTM’s presence in national competition.

Mathieu Deroy, KTM Canada Race Team Manager: “I’m excited for 2025 with fresh faces joining the team. Enhancing our offroad program has been a long-term vision and I'm excited to see our athletes compete across all disciplines this season.”
