Queensland Moto Park (QMP) hosted another successful weekend of the Australian Enduro Championship for KTM DM31 Racing Team, continuing its podium form across Rounds 5 and 6 of the 2026 season.
E2 entry Jye Dickson once again featured at the pointy-end of the Pro Enduro field, guiding his KTM 450 EXC-F to a pair of runner-up finishes outright and in class. The New South Welshman remained firmly in contention for the overall win across both days, narrowly missing Sunday’s victory.

Jye Dickson: “Rounds 5 and 6 were good to me this weekend. We were in the battle for the outright win all weekend long, which was good. We were close, but just a little bit off here and there, but it was another solid weekend. We’re taking some solid steps forward in this hard-packed dirt, which I’m definitely not the most comfortable with.”

Teammate Korey McMahon also enjoyed a consistent weekend aboard the KTM 500 EXC-F, claiming victory in the E3 class on both days while securing P3 outright in the Pro Enduro standings each time out. Like Dickson, McMahon factored in the fight for victory once again this weekend.

Korey McMahon: “A few too many mistakes this weekend, which is a little frustrating, but our speed is there, and we battled at the front all weekend long. It’s really cool to be battling with Jye [Dickson] and Wil [Ruprecht], being within seconds of each other after tests that are over eight minutes long. It was a really good weekend for the team and I – they were amazing and the bike was awesome again. We’re happy to get out of here at QMP and into the sand at Casterton."

After missing the previous rounds through injury, Jackson Versteegen made his return to competition at QMP in the E1 category onboard the KTM 250 SX-F. The young talent steadily worked his way back into race conditions across the weekend, recording P7 on Saturday before taking P8 on Sunday.

Jackson Versteegen: “The tracks were definitely challenging and tricky, but the team nailed it again with the bike – it was really good on both days. I’ve got a few things to work on before the next rounds, so we’ll get back to work and come out swinging at Casterton!”

With another strong scorecard added to the season, KTM DM31 Racing Team now heads to Casterton, Victoria, for the next rounds of the championship, looking to continue its front-running form.
